Return Policy

Century Products stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.

Returns for Refund

  • All returns for refund must be authorized by Century Products within 30 days of delivery.
  • There is no restocking fee for returning an item.
  • We will refund you for any returned items in the same method you paid for the items. Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.

Returns for Replacement

  • We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order.
  • All returns for replacement must be authorized by Century Products within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number.
  • We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
  • After the 30 days period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After return approval, return the item with the following return address format:

  Return Packaging
  • Any item that is returned to Century Products must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
  • In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
  • On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
